Tracce Store ships to Italy via EXPRESS SERVICE and LICCARDI express courier services. All goods shipped by Tracce Store are carefully packaged.

Tracce Store is covered for all shipments by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the goods are delivered.
ORDER FULFILMENT
All properly completed and paid orders will be processed within two business days. All shipments depart from Tracce Store (Italy) on weekdays only, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Tuesday.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on the destination areas of the products.

ITALY (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within two/three days from shipment.

EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three/four working days from dispatch.

Non-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days from dispatch.

Rest of the World: Delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days from shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, the customer can sign the delivery confirmation with reservations or refuse delivery. If the customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Tracce Store will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Tracce Store at the customer's expense. In this case, Tracce Store will deduct this amount from any refund due to the customer.
