Returns and Refunds
Tracce Store aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction by offering them the option to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns must be made at the customer's expense and responsibility within 14 days of delivery and only if the returned items are intact and unused. RETURN CONDITIONS
As established by Legislative Decree 206/2005, to send one or more returns to Tracce Store , the customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) All items for sale on the Tracce Store website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item using a disposable security seal bearing the Tracce Store logo. The item must be tried on without removing the tag or tampering with the warranty seal. Returns will only be accepted if the security seal is perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of certain footwear, a label placed on the sole. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the security seal is cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with.
B) Items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer and must be appropriately packaged and wrapped.
D) All other labels on the item, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
E) The goods to be returned must be physically delivered exclusively to the express courier within and no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
F) Customers wishing to exchange a size, color, or item must complete the return procedure and place a new order on the Tracce Store website.
G) Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, Tracce Store reserves the right to refuse the returned goods and to send them back to the customer at the customer's expense.
THE RETURN PROCEDURE
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer you the option of returning your items. We'll detail the terms and conditions and the various options available for returning your items.
CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN
You must manage the replacement within the established period:

HOME COLLECTION
We offer you the option to return your items through our home collection service.
The RETURN COST is €6.00, which will be deducted from your refund.
Once you've submitted your return request, a courier will collect your package from the address you provided within 24-48 business hours.
There's no need to print a return label. The courier will obtain the label and attach it to the package.
HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE
You must manage the change within the established period:
A) You have 15 days from the date your order ships.
B) Items must be in their original condition and retain all tags.
You can request an exchange for a different size or item through our WhatsApp chat at 3510768536 or by calling 0818592113.
The process is very simple: you just have to decide which items you want to exchange and the size you would like to receive.
The selected items will be shipped after the return arrives via a new order.
Once you've requested an exchange, a courier will collect your package from the address you provided within 24-48 business hours.
The COST OF THE EXCHANGE is 6.00 EUR, so you will only pay for the collection and we will ship you the exchange item for FREE.
There's no need to print a label. The courier will obtain the label and attach it to the package.
REIMBURSEMENT
When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund for your order using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Once the return is made, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email.
